- Weekly visits (Premium Concierge)
What happens during a visit?
Each visit includes a full property walkthrough:
- AC & thermostat check
- Water system check (taps, flushing, leaks)
- Airing and ventilation
- Plant watering
- Mail & package collection
- General condition check
You will receive updates after every visit.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. After every visit, we send:
- Photos
- A clear status update
- Immediate notification if anything needs attention
Everything is shared via WhatsApp for simplicity.
What if something goes wrong?
If we identify an issue, we inform you immediately and can coordinate the solution on your behalf - from maintenance to access arrangements.
Can you handle maintenance or deliveries?
Yes. We can coordinate access for maintenance, receive deliveries, and oversee services while you are away.
Do I need to commit to a plan?
No. You can start with a one-off visit.
Ongoing plans are available for regular care and complete peace of mind.
How do I give you access to my property?
We arrange access in a way that suits you - keys, building management, or other secure methods.
All access is handled with discretion and care.
Is my home safe with you?
Yes. We operate with complete professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
